This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is issued by Denting The Universe, the developer and publisher of the mobile application Hexa-Trex Puzzle (the “App”). The natural person responsible for the Google Play developer listing is Bogumila Gierus, of Canada.

This Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected in connection with the App. It applies to the Android edition of the App distributed on Google Play under package name com.dentingtheunivrese.hexatrex, and to the iOS edition distributed on the Apple App Store as Hexa-Trex Puzzle.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the App.

For the purposes of applicable privacy legislation, Denting The Universe / Bogumila Gierus is the organisation responsible for personal information processed in connection with the App, except where a third-party advertising provider acts as an independent controller of advertising data (see Section 3.2).

2. Scope

This Policy applies solely to Hexa-Trex Puzzle and to communications you send to us about the App. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not operate, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Google AdMob, each of which is governed by its own terms and privacy notices.

The App does not require registration of an account and does not request your name, postal address, or similar identity particulars within the App.

3. Categories of Information

3.1 Information stored locally on your device

The App stores game progress, preferences, and related statistics on your device only. This may include, without limitation, current level, tutorial completion, daily-puzzle streak, hint usage, and audio or display settings.

Such information is not transmitted to Denting The Universe. It remains on your device until you uninstall the App or use any in-App data-reset function.

3.2 Advertising data processed by Google AdMob

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. In connection with the delivery, measurement, and (where permitted) personalisation of advertisements, Google may collect and process:

• advertising identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID or equivalent identifier);
• device, network, and application information;
• approximate location derived from Internet Protocol (IP) address; and
• records of advertisement impressions, clicks, and related interactions.

Denting The Universe does not sell personal information. Advertising data is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s own policies:

You may limit advertisement personalisation through your device settings (for example, Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

3.3 Information you provide voluntarily

If you contact us by electronic mail, we will receive the address from which you write and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and to administer the correspondence.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal information is processed only for the following purposes:

1. to operate Hexa-Trex Puzzle on your device, including the storage of local game data;
2. to display advertisements by means of Google AdMob;
3. to respond to support or privacy enquiries that you initiate; and
4. to comply with applicable law or a lawful request of a competent authority.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed as follows:

• Google AdMob / Google LLC, for the advertising purposes described in Section 3.2;
• providers of electronic-mail infrastructure, solely to the extent necessary to receive and reply to messages you send us; and
• competent authorities, where we are required to do so by law, court order, or similar legal process.

6. Retention

Local game data is retained on your device for so long as the App remains installed, or until you reset it within the App.

Correspondence sent to us is retained only for so long as reasonably necessary to address your enquiry and to maintain ordinary business records.

Advertising data is retained by Google in accordance with Google’s policies. We do not control Google’s retention periods.

7. Children

The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect contact details from children through the App.

Advertisements are served by Google AdMob. We do not operate a child-directed advertising programme. A parent or guardian who believes that we have received personal information relating to a child may contact us using the details in Section 11. Upon verification, we will delete any such information that is within our control.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• uninstall the App, which removes local game data from your device;
• use the in-App reset function, where available, to clear stored progress and settings;
• restrict personalised advertising through your device’s advertising or privacy settings; and
• request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold as a result of correspondence with you, by writing to the addresses in Section 11.

The App does not offer user accounts. Accordingly, there is no online account to delete.

If you reside in a jurisdiction that confers additional statutory privacy rights, we will honour those rights in accordance with applicable law upon receipt of a verifiable request.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot warrant absolute security of information transmitted to us by electronic mail or processed by third-party advertising services.

10. International Processing

Denting The Universe is established in Canada. Google LLC and related advertising services may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred outside your country of residence, it is processed in accordance with the policies of the relevant provider and applicable law.

12. Amendments

We may amend this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date and Version at the head of this document will be updated when a revision is published. The current version will be made available at the public URL submitted to Google Play and, where applicable, linked from within the App.

Your continued use of the App after a revised Policy has been published constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with a revision, you should discontinue use of the App and uninstall it.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, and of the province in which Denting The Universe principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
