This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is issued by Denting The Universe, the developer and publisher of the mobile application Finger Addition 2 (also styled Finger Addition 2.0) (the “App”). The natural person responsible for the Google Play developer listing is Bogumila Gierus, of Canada.

This Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected in connection with the App. It applies to the Android edition of the App distributed on Google Play under package name com.dentingtheuniverse.fingeraddition2.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the App.

For the purposes of applicable privacy legislation, Denting The Universe / Bogumila Gierus is the organisation responsible for personal information processed in connection with the App.

2. Scope

This Policy applies solely to Finger Addition 2 and to communications you send to us about the App. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not operate, including Google Play, each of which is governed by its own terms and privacy notices.

The App does not require registration of an account and does not request your name, postal address, payment details, or similar identity particulars within the App.

3. Categories of Information

3.1 Information processed on your device

Finger Addition 2 is a self-contained educational game. Gameplay (including the current practice level) takes place on your device. The App does not require you to create an account, and the App does not transmit gameplay or device identifiers to Denting The Universe.

The App does not include in-app advertising, analytics software, social-media software development kits, or crash-reporting services operated by us.

3.2 Information we do not collect through the App

We do not, through the App, collect:

• names, electronic-mail addresses, or other contact details;
• precise or approximate location;
• photographs, microphone audio, or contacts;
• advertising identifiers; or
• payment or financial information.

This is consistent with the Data safety declaration for the App on Google Play: no data collected, and no data shared with third parties by the developer.

3.3 Information you provide voluntarily

If you contact us by electronic mail, we will receive the address from which you write and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and to administer the correspondence.

3.4 Information processed by Google Play

Google Play is operated by Google LLC. When you download, install, update, review, or otherwise use the App through Google Play, Google may process information in accordance with Google’s own policies, which we do not control. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal information is processed only for the following purposes:

1. to operate Finger Addition 2 on your device;
2. to respond to support or privacy enquiries that you initiate; and
3. to comply with applicable law or a lawful request of a competent authority.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information collected through the App with third parties for advertising or analytics, because the App does not collect such information.

Information may be disclosed as follows:

• providers of electronic-mail infrastructure, solely to the extent necessary to receive and reply to messages you send us; and
• competent authorities, where we are required to do so by law, court order, or similar legal process.

6. Retention

Because the App does not transmit personal information to us, we do not retain a developer-side profile of App users.

Correspondence sent to us is retained only for so long as reasonably necessary to address your enquiry and to maintain ordinary business records.

7. Children

The App is an educational counting, addition, and subtraction game intended for young children, with a recommended age of approximately 2 to 5 years, for use with a parent or guardian. Denting The Universe is committed to following the Google Play Families Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. The App does not display advertisements, does not include chat or social features, and does not ask a child for a name, electronic-mail address, or other contact details.

A parent or guardian who believes that we have received personal information relating to a child (for example, in an electronic-mail message) may contact us using the details in Section 11. Upon verification, we will delete any such information that is within our control.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• uninstall the App at any time using the ordinary functions of your device or Google Play; and
• request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold as a result of correspondence with you, by writing to the addresses in Section 11.

The App does not offer user accounts. Accordingly, there is no online account to delete.

If you reside in a jurisdiction that confers additional statutory privacy rights, we will honour those rights in accordance with applicable law upon receipt of a verifiable request.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot warrant absolute security of information transmitted to us by electronic mail.

10. International Processing

Denting The Universe is established in Canada. If you write to us from another country, your message will be received and stored in Canada. Google Play may process information in the United States and other countries in accordance with Google’s policies and applicable law.

12. Amendments

We may amend this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date and Version at the head of this document will be updated when a revision is published. The current version will be made available at the public URL submitted to Google Play and, where applicable, linked from within the App.

Your continued use of the App after a revised Policy has been published constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with a revision, you should discontinue use of the App and uninstall it.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, and of the province in which Denting The Universe principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
