I have 18 yr scolarity, (BA, BA, B.ED)and thanks for your post. This issue needs to be addressed as we are in a teacher shortage.
The lack of increase in pay is due to being legislated back to work and having a contract imposed on us in the last round of contract negotiations - a contract that barely covered inflation.
