Calculus Take Home Test - Applications

This is a take home test for applications of derivatives to maximum and minimum problems and related rates. This is meant for a grade 12 level calculus class. One year I decided to make it a take home test instead of waste time during class to give them the test. There are 4 versions of this test, so that the students didn't cheat too much off each other.
